At BAROQUE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the original invoice and all designer tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
